Private Exchange is definitely the way to go. We put the "FOR SALE" sign Saturday afternoon, within a few hours we had calls from interested
parties. The next day we decided to do a "trial" open house, even though it was -20'C outside. With no advertising, other then the open house
signs and PrivateExchange.com listing we managed to get a few visitors. That same day in the evening we received and accepted an offer. The
house was virtually sold in only 1 day on the market. People continued to call. Once the conditions were removed by the purchasers we hung
